摘 要
在這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中,我在網(wǎng)絡(luò),圖書館中的書籍及其指導(dǎo)教師的指導(dǎo)對(duì)本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題進(jìn)行了全方位合理的綜合整理分析,學(xué)習(xí)和改進(jìn),并且使用CAD和CAXA等繪圖軟件繪制出桔園除草機(jī)的裝配圖還有零件結(jié)構(gòu)圖。與此同時(shí)精確的計(jì)算出來涉及到的各個(gè)零件結(jié)構(gòu)工藝的尺寸及其強(qiáng)度。在高速發(fā)展的今天,環(huán)境污染越來越嚴(yán)重,環(huán)境自身的凈化能力已經(jīng)無法滿足其被破壞的程度,人類過分的追求發(fā)展而忽視了對(duì)環(huán)境的保護(hù)。這種殺雞取卵的行為,在滿足了自己日益膨脹的物欲的同時(shí),也為未來人類生存的環(huán)境埋下了巨大的隱患。這些隱患在時(shí)間的流逝中已經(jīng)漸漸的顯露了出來,例如:冰川融化、溫室效應(yīng)、土地沙漠化等;隨著國(guó)家“節(jié)能減排,低碳生活”的政策大力的宣傳落實(shí)和執(zhí)行,研發(fā)一種無廢水,噪音,大氣污染,操作簡(jiǎn)便,外形美觀的綠色環(huán)保的桔園除草機(jī)已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。我設(shè)計(jì)的果園除草機(jī)的主要原理是利用滾輪驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)。。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)不僅僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,連接平穩(wěn),噪音小,操作容易。還能給使用者帶來方便,更能給周圍的人營(yíng)造一個(gè)舒服、安靜的工作環(huán)境,以便于更好的滿足普通大眾的需求。果園的除草機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)沒有一個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),沒有污染,沒有復(fù)雜的操作系統(tǒng),可以使用接近普通人的生活,是理想的割草機(jī)。說的原因是因?yàn)樵瓉淼膭?dòng)力裝置的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的割草機(jī),保養(yǎng),維修費(fèi)用是非常昂貴的,并且安全性不高,操作舒適性低,賣的價(jià)格也是普通大眾接受,所以,我設(shè)計(jì)的桔園除草機(jī)對(duì)于普通的大眾來說在未來是有著廣泛的發(fā)展前景的。果園的除草機(jī)在兩邊對(duì)稱的設(shè)計(jì),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,尤其是齊力,運(yùn)行非常流暢,摩擦阻力和良好的小彎曲,不易堵塞,特別是適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。與此同時(shí),通過設(shè)計(jì),更加加深了我在大學(xué)四年學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí),在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行了對(duì)知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用,充分的利用了研究對(duì)象,這次的研究對(duì)自己是一個(gè)很大的提升,駕馭的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)問還有機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化達(dá)到了一個(gè)新的高度。
